At Horizon Québec, we simplify the preparation of your immigration application for Canada and Quebec. Follow these steps to begin your path to success.

Step 1: Initial Contact and Free Preliminary Assessment

  • Customer Action: Contact us via our online form, email, or WhatsApp.

  • Our role: We will organize an in-depth discussion with you to understand your profile (education, experience, language skills) and your immigration objectives (Skilled Worker Program, Studies in Quebec/Canada). This initial assessment is free and without obligation.

  • Result: We determine the most relevant immigration program for your situation and whether our document preparation services can benefit you.

Step 2: Confirmation of Services and First Payment of Fees (Horizon Québec)

  • Our role: If we can support you effectively, we will present to you the details of our file preparation services specific to your profile.

  • Client Action: To begin preparing your file, an initial payment is required. This fee is payable to Horizon Québec and is structured as follows:

  • USD 500 per adult (principal applicant and spouse).

  • USD 200 per minor child (dependent).

This amount covers the opening of your file and the immediate start of our work of collecting, organizing and preparing your information and documents.

Result: Your file is officially opened at Horizon Québec (Under Digirange LLC) , and we begin the careful preparation phase.

Step 3: Information Collection and Personalized Document List

  • Our role: We will provide you with a detailed questionnaire (similar to the Expression of Interest for Skilled Workers form, or an equivalent for students) to collect all the information necessary for your profile.

  • Client Action: Complete this questionnaire accurately and provide us with all copies of basic documents we request (passport, diplomas, CV, etc.). We will also provide you with a personalized and comprehensive list of documents required for your specific program.

  • Result: We have a complete vision of your situation and the precise list of documents to prepare.

Step 4: Preparation, Verification and Organization of Your File

  • Our role: We will guide you step by step through the collection of each document. We will verify the conformity of your documents, advise you on the necessary translations, and help you structure and clearly present all the information to maximize the clarity and impact of your file.

  • Client Action: Work closely with our team by providing requested documents within the required timeframe and responding to our questions for clarification.

  • Result: You have a complete, organized immigration file that meets the preliminary requirements of the Canadian/Quebec authorities and our partner firms.

Step 5: Transmission of File and Balance of Fees (Horizon Québec & Government)

  • Our role: Once your file has been prepared and finalized by us, we forward it to our partner immigration firms in Quebec (regulated lawyers or consultants) for the continuation of your official procedures with the authorities.

  • Client Action and Fees (Horizon Québec) : The balance of our fees, USD 500 per adult (principal applicant and spouse), will be payable only after your file has been accepted as valid by the competent authorities in Québec (generally following the invitation to submit a selection application or the positive acknowledgment of receipt of your application for study). This payment confirms the acceptance of the quality of the preparation of your file by the provincial authorities.

  • Government Fees (NOT included in our rates): It is very important to note that fees collected by the immigration authorities of Quebec and Canada are NOT included in our rates. Once Quebec accepts your file as valid (following an invitation to submit an application or the positive acknowledgment of receipt for a study permit), you will have to pay directly to the Government of Quebec a file review fee which generally amounts to between CAD $100 and CAD $250 (Canadian Dollars) per person. These fees are independent of our services and are entirely the responsibility of the applicant.

  • Result: Your file is in the hands of regulated professionals who will take over the legal follow-up and the official submission of your application, and you will have paid the necessary government fees in Quebec.
